Lauren and I ate at an awesome Polish restaurant last night. I was looking forward to a great beer, but they only had O.K. beer.
In order of deliciousness we had,
- homemade apple sauce
- smoked kielbasa with sauteed onions
- pork schnitzel
- red borsch
- 1 cheese and potato stuffed pierogi
- potato pancakes
- 1 meat stuffed pierogi
There was also sauerkraut, but it doesn’t get a place on the list because it’s typically used to clean engine parts and shouldn’t be consumed.
